Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years in an acute care setting with 1 year as charge nurse or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• 2+ years of management/leadership skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient care functions within the hospital.
• Establishes meaningful communication systems and ensures effective resources management.
• Coordinates patient placement and care processes across multiple departments.
• Serves as resource and coach to hospital employees.
