Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee patient care, clinical operations and partner with site leadership to drive quality and safety. You will coordinate daily patient care activities, manage staff performance and support performance improvement efforts.

This 1.0 FTE, day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with 40 hours per week offers no weekend rotations. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing, at least 3 years of RN hospital/clinic experience and demonstrated leadership; BLS

Qualifications

• Associate degree Nursing or related field with a minimum of 3 years' hospital/clinic RN experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure staffing and equipment for patient care.
