Job summary

Allina Health Highland Park Clinic in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an RN Supervisor for clinical services in primary care. The role supervises patient care, clinical operations, and staff, partnering with site leadership to ensure high-quality care and efficient daily operations.

The position requires an Associate degree in Nursing with 3+ years RN experience and leadership background. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and MN/WI RN licensure with BLS certifications is required by the posting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree Nursing or related field with a minimum of 3 year's of hospital or clinic Registered Nurse experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field with a minimum of 2 year's of hospital or clinic Registered Nurse experience (preferred).
• Current MN or WI RN licensure as applicable; BLS certification per options listed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily operations and staff.
• Hires, manages, leads and engages staff to drive performance.
• Ensures orientation and clinical training to enable staff to operate at top of licensure.
• Manages clinical operations budget and capital requests.
• May manage a remote workforce.
