Accendra Health in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed efficiently, while assisting patients and caregivers and coordinating with providers and team members.

You will help verify insurance information, obtain authorizations, and collect payments, contributing to accurate billing and timely care for our patients across our community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Preferred: two years in an office/healthcare/call center.

Responsabilités

• Be the first contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system and resolve issues.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and bill plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
