Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire Customer Service Associate in Eden Prairie, MN to support a large health insurance provider. You will handle 60+ inbound calls daily, educate members on benefits, and assist with locating in-network providers, including audiologists.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in call-center customer service, with healthcare experience preferred. Shift is 8 hours (7:00am–7:00pm), on-site, with a 6-month contract to hire; pay is $21.63/hr.

• 2+ years of customer service experience within a call center
• Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (60+ per day) to assist members with insurance coverage, eligibility and benefits information.
• Help members locate in-network providers, clinics and specialists, including audiologists.
• Provide guidance on available healthcare services and resources based on member needs.
• Transfer members to scheduling teams for appointment assistance.
• Accurately document interactions and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
