TEKsystems is hiring a Hearing Care Advisor to support a client's team in Eden Prairie, MN. The role focuses on assisting insurance members with questions about coverage and benefits, handling a high volume of inbound calls daily.

You will verify coverage, help members locate clinics and audiologists, and transfer calls for scheduling assistance. The position is contract to hire with onsite work and a pay rate of $21.63 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Phone-based customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from insurance members.
• Assisting members with verifying insurance coverage and understanding available benefits.
• Verifying provider networks.
• Helping members locate clinics and audiologists.
• Transferring callers to the inbound team when appointment scheduling assistance is needed.
