Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire Customer Service Associate in Eden Prairie, MN to support a large health insurance provider. You will handle 60+ inbound calls daily, educate members on benefits, and assist with locating in-network providers, including audiologists.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in call-center customer service, with healthcare experience preferred. Shift is 8 hours (7:00am–7:00pm), on-site, with a 6-month contract to hire; pay is $21.63/hr.

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service experience within a call center environment
  • Previous experience within healthcare is preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
