Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Hearing Care Advisor in Eden Prairie, MN to assist members with hearing healthcare benefits, explain coverage, and help locate providers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role handles inbound calls, verifies insurance eligibility, guides members to in-network clinics, and transfers to scheduling teams when appointments are needed.

Training is paid, with progressive onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of call center/contact center experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare customer service experience.
• Experience discussing insurance benefits or coverage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members regarding hearing healthcare benefits and coverage.
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain available benefits.
• Assist members in locating in-network clinics and providers.
• Provide information regarding provider networks and available services.
• Transfer members to scheduling teams when appointment assistance is required.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
