Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of healthcare collections experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare; workers’ compensation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of state laws and fee schedules affecting billing.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access proficiency.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking ability and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities and performance of the AR team.
• Ensures staff training and adherence to production standards.
• Oversees timely collection of all monies owed to the company.
• Maintains customer accounts and resolves AR discrepancies.
• Ensures AR processes are documented and accessible to the team.
• Provides feedback to Operations on process gaps.
• Collaborates with internal MTI departments to resolve issues.
• Responds to inquiries promptly to protect customer relationships.
