Legacy Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our healthcare finance team. You will oversee billing accuracy, monitor accounts receivable, and drive timely collections from resident accounts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of healthcare billing/collection experience (skilled nursing preferred), plus a degree. Proficiency in Excel/Word and strong communication are essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of billing/collection experience in healthcare, preferably skilled nursing.
• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Assertive with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement and patient liability.
• Professional interaction with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate billing and timely collection of resident accounts.
• Perform collection calls and document current and past due accounts.
• Support AR department to meet organizational goals.
