• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Monitors client inventory and ensures accounts are worked timely and accurately to meet collection goals.
• Oversees AR team activities, training, and productivity standards.
• Maintains client relationships and provides resolution to inquiries.
• Prepares and maintains reports/logs and monthly client reporting.
• Ensures HIPAA and information security policies are followed by the team.
