The role requires 5–7 years of AP experience, 5+ years in management, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will optimize processes, monitor aging, review invoices, and ensure compliance with policies and billing guidelines. This is an in-office, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of extensive Accounts Payable experience, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in AP or healthcare finance.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
• Experience reviewing AP aging, reconciling accounts, and resolving balances.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities, workload, and performance of the AP team.
• Ensure training and adherence to production, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Oversee timely processing of payments to providers and vendors.
• Review invoices for accuracy against rates, quantities, and documentation.
• Monitor AP aging and address outstanding invoices within timeframes.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve account issues.
