Job summary

Ivyhill Technologies, LLC is seeking full-time Call Center Agents in Bethesda to coordinate healthcare appointments for NCR clinics. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, verify patient information, and schedule visits using AVAYA ACD and MHS Genesis systems.

The role is onsite with a 6:15 AM–6:30 PM shift, Monday to Friday. Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months in health care administration, strong communication, and knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Be a U.S. Citizen.
• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma and/or equivalent.
• Have at least six (6) months experience in health care administration or related field.
• Have effective communication skills.
• Be knowledgeable of medical terminology.
• Be familiar with DoD, Federal and health systems (TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare appointments for primary and specialty care via phone calls for 600+ NCR clinics.
• Use AVAYA ACD to handle appointment requests and schedule/modify bookings.
• Verify patient information and eligibility in scheduling software per policies.
• Proactively contact patients to schedule and provide visit instructions.
• Document appointment attempts and update referral records in the system.
• Provide feedback to improve patient access and resolve scheduling issues.
