Job summary

Zimmerman Associates, Inc. is seeking Call Center Agents to coordinate healthcare appointments for primary and specialty care across 13 NCR military facilities. Onsite employment, with a pay rate of $21.50 per hour plus $5.09 H&W, supports the IRMAC program.

Applicants need a high school diploma, at least 6 months in healthcare customer service, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Proficiency in medical terminology and data entry is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 6 months’ customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with DoD/Medicare/Medicaid and regional health systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare appointments for 13 military facilities via inbound/outbound calls.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments following NCR standards and SOPs.
• Document calls in system and verify patient eligibility and data accuracy.
• Communicate with PCM and specialty clinics; support referral scheduling and access.
• Assist with patient instructions and follow-ups; perform other duties as assigned.
