Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• One+ year IT portfolio experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with EMR/Epic systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support an assigned application portfolio and document/implement/test solutions.
• Monitor and close support tickets to maintain system health.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize workflows.
