Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an Application Analyst I to support a portfolio of healthcare IT applications, focusing on timely issue resolution and workflow improvements. The role bridges clinical operations and technical performance, ensuring seamless portal experiences for providers and patients.

You will learn latest solutions, adopt industry best practices, and assist in consolidating legacy portals into the unified MyEndeavor portal, working with Epic systems and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred in IT, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 1+ year IT portfolio experience in healthcare setting; clinical end-user experience acceptable if no bachelor’s.
• Proficient with MS Office; exposure to EMR/Epic workflows highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, implement, and test software or application solutions and support tickets to closure.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams; participate in vendor/Epic calls for system issues and upgrades.
• Draft clear system behavior updates and communications for clinical teams; maintain system health across portals.
