Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking an Applications Analyst I to support and optimize the MyEndeavor portal alongside our Epic-powered platform. The role centers on maintaining three patient portals, resolving tickets, and implementing new workflows aligned with strategic goals.
The ideal candidate has at least an associate degree with 1+ years in an IT portfolio within healthcare, and familiarity with Epic systems or EMR workflows is highly valued. Hybrid work and local travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Exposure to healthcare clinical workflows or EMR/Epic systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- System Support & Maintenance: design, document, implement, and test software/app solutions; monitor and close tickets.
- Collaboration & Integration: participate in cross-functional workgroups; liaise with vendor and Epic teams; draft system updates for clinical teams.
- Documentation & Quality: prepare clear documentation and analytical reports; contribute to process improvements for digital workflows.
