Endeavor Health is seeking an Application Analyst I to support an application portfolio, design and test solutions, and manage issue resolution for a unified Epic-powered MyEndeavor portal. You will bridge technical performance with clinical operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

This role emphasizes learning latest solutions, applying industry best practices, and collaborating with clinical teams to optimize digital workflows across portals and systems.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
Exposure to healthcare clinical workflows, EMR, or Epic systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, document, implement, and test software or application solutions.
Monitor and manage ticket resolution and system health across legacy and unified portals.
Collaborate with clinical and technical teams; communicate system updates to clinical staff.
