Endeavor Health is seeking an Application Analyst I to support an assigned application portfolio, focusing on monitoring, issue resolution, and timely ticket closure. You will contribute to the consolidation of legacy patient portals into the unified, Epic-powered MyEndeavor portal, bridging technical performance with clinical operations.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, learning latest solutions, and advocating best practices to ensure a seamless digital experience

Qualifications

• 1+ year in IT portfolio within a healthcare setting or clinical environment.
• Ability to learn new solutions and technologies.
• Experience translating technical issues for clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, implement, and test software/application solutions.
• Monitor and manage timely resolution of support tickets.
• Maintain system health during portal transitions to the unified platform.
• Participate in cross-functional clinical and technical workgroups.
• Join vendor and Epic collaboration calls for issues, configuration, and upgrades.
• Draft clear system behavior updates for clinical teams.
• Prepare documentation and analytical reports about system configurations.
• Contribute to process improvements to streamline patient and provider digital workflows.
