Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Decision Scientist II/III for a hybrid role operating across multiple offices. The role partners with business leaders to frame challenges, apply advanced analytics, and translate insights into clear recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing analyses, building ML models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed insights into workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, OR, CS, Bioinformatics, Econometrics) with 3+ years of related work experience; BA/BS with 5 years may be considered.
• Decision Scientist III: 5+ years of related work experience; BA/BS with 8 years may be considered.
• Experience with analytics techniques, ML, data mining, NLP, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses to uncover business improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and clinical to frame questions.
• Apply analytical techniques to develop predictive, descriptive, and optimization models.
• Embed insights into operational workflows and measure impact.
• Present findings to leaders and translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to MLOps, model monitoring, and AI evaluation.
