Cambia Health is seeking a Decision Scientist to join the Data & Analytics team. You will frame ambiguous challenges, apply advanced analytics and ML, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support an economically sustainable health care system.

You will design, validate, and communicate models, collaborating across sales, operations, and finance to drive measurable business value. A hybrid work setup is available with flexible locations.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics, statistics, optimization, time series, ML techniques.
• Experience cleaning and preprocessing data and writing complex SQL queries.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses to uncover opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to frame problems and identify options.
• Apply analytical techniques to develop predictive, descriptive, or optimization models.
• Partner with teams to embed insights into workflows and measure impact.
• Present findings to leaders with clear, non-technical messaging.
• Develop scalable analytical frameworks and contribute to ML operations.
