Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Healthcare Decision Scientist (II/III) to join our Data & Analytics team in a hybrid model. You will apply advanced analytics, ML, and SQL to frame business challenges and deliver actionable recommendations for durable improvements.

Responsibilities span collaborating with multiple functions, developing predictive models with Python/R, and owning end-to-end model lifecycle from data prep to deployment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a quantitative field and 3+ years of related work experience; BA/BS with 5 years accepted.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of related work experience; BA/BS with 8 years accepted for Senior level.
• Experience applying analytics methods to business challenges and driving decisions.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute analyses to uncover opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to frame problems into analytic questions.
• Develop predictive/descriptive models using appropriate techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting).
• Partner with teams to embed insights into workflows and measure impact.
• Present findings to leadership and translate analytics for non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to MLops, model monitoring, and end-to-end model lifecycle.
