Qualifications

• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a quantitative field with 3+ years related work experience.
• Decision Scientist III: 5+ years of related work experience; BA/BS with 8 years alternative.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with ML, data mining, NLP, and deep learning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses to uncover business opportunities and connect data with strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to frame questions, assess risks and outcomes.
• Apply techniques (XGBoost, regression, clustering, forecasting) to build predictive and descriptive models.
• Embed insights into operational workflows and measure intervention impact.
• Present findings to leaders and translate analytics into clear recommendations.
• Contribute to MLops, model monitoring, and evaluation of agentic AI.
