Qualifications

• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a quantitative field and 3+ years related work; BA/BS with 5 years experience considered.
• MS/PhD preferred in statistics, applied math, physics, OR, CS, bioinformatics, or econometrics; for II: related work 3+ years; for III: 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses to uncover opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, clinical, finance, and provider functions to frame ambiguous challenges into structured questions.
• Apply analytical techniques (XGBoost, regression, clustering, forecasting, anomaly detection, causal analysis, experimental design).
• Partner with business teams to embed insights into operational workflows and measure impact.
• Present findings and facilitate decision-making with leaders at all levels.
• Develop scalable analytical frameworks and contribute to MLOps, model monitoring, and agentic AI evaluation.
• Incubate and evolve agentic intelligence capabilities and mentor junior staff for III level.
