Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a strongly quantitative field with 3+ years related work experience.
• Experience with data mining and machine learning.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SQL and data wrangling across varied sources.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses to uncover opportunities for business improvement and connect data, performance, and business strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, clinical, finance, and provider functions to frame ambiguous challenges into structured analytical questions.
• Select and apply analytical techniques (e.g., XGBoost, regression, clustering, forecasting) to develop predictive/descriptive models.
• Partner with business teams to embed insights into operational workflows and measure impact.
• Present findings to leaders and facilitate data-informed decision making.
• Develop scalable analytical frameworks and contribute to MLOps, model monitoring, and AI evaluation.
• For higher level: mentor junior Decision Scientists and lead larger scope projects.
