Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Healthcare Decision Scientist II/III to join the Data & Analytics team. You will frame ambiguous challenges, apply advanced analytics and ML, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to advance a sustainable health care system.

Roles require strong quantitative background, collaborative partnership across clinical, financial, and operational teams, and experience building end-to-end ML solutions with emphasis on impact and reliability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a quantitative field and 3+ years of related work for II.
• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a quantitative field and 5+ years of related work for III.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute analyses to uncover opportunities and connect data to business strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to frame questions and identify options, risks, and outcomes.
• Apply analytical techniques to develop predictive, descriptive, and optimization models.
