Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Healthcare Decision Scientist II or III for a hybrid role with 3 days in the office, located in Salt Lake City and other listed offices. You will design analyses, guide business decisions, and collaborate across functions to translate data into actionable insights.

The role requires a strong quantitative background (Master's or PhD preferred) and experience in ML, data mining, and SQL with BI tools. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field; PhD preferred; 3+ years experience.
• Alternate: BA/BS with 5+ years related work experience.
• Experience with analytics, ML, data mining, and complex SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses to identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate across sales, operations, clinical, finance and provider functions.
• Select analytical techniques to develop predictive and descriptive models.
• Embed insights into workflows and measure intervention impact.
• Present findings to leadership and translate concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to MLops, model monitoring and scalable frameworks.
