Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Approximately 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and able to interpret financial and operational data.
• Ability to work with large datasets and illuminate higher-level strategic insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Master's degree in MBA, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with Alteryx or other ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
• Experience in a clinical setting or hospital/physician operations.
