Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial, operational, and clinical data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyze variances relative to budget/forecast to identify opportunities.
• Supplement financial analysis with operational/clinical insights.
• Quantify impact of changes in patient/procedure/payor mix.
• Create and present executive summaries of major projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
