Qualifications

• Experience with finance, operations, or clinical analytics in a healthcare setting.
• Strong ability to analyze diverse data types including financial results and operational metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau or other visualization tools, and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytics and reporting on financial, operational, and/or clinical performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial support for major initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, explain trends, and quantify key drivers.
• Create executive-level summaries of major analytical projects with findings and recommendations.
