Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Approximately 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data interpretation.
• Ability to work with large data and extract strategic insights.
• Strong time management and multi-project handling skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Master's degree in business or health administration preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and R/Python.
• Experience in clinical or hospital operations ideal.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial, operational, and clinical analytics support.
• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results and drive decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and compare to budget/forecast or benchmarks.
• Create and present executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
