Allegheny Health Network seeks a data analytics professional to support financial, operational, and clinical performance initiatives. You will analyze detailed data, explain trends, and quantify drivers of value for stakeholders across hospital and physician organizations.

Responsibilities include ad-hoc analyses, benchmarking against budgets, and creating executive-level summaries with actionable recommendations. Strong SQL and visualization tool skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze diverse data sets and provide strategic insights.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and R/Python helps.

Responsabilités

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results.
• Quantify impact of changes in patient mix, procedure mix, payor mix, or other shifts.
• Create and present executive summaries of major analytical projects with findings and recommendations.
• Partner with hospital and physician organizations on major initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and benchmark against budgets or forecasts.
