Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field OR 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• ~3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and able to analyze and interpret various data types
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and illuminate strategic insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner across the organization
• Self-starter who drives progress on major projects with minimal supervision
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
• Proficient in SQL
• Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Alteryx or other data wrangling/ETL tools
• R, Python, or other statistical/programming tools
• 3 years in a clinical setting or understanding of hospital/physician operations

• Analytics and reporting on organization's financial, operational, and/or clinical performance
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial or analytical support on major initiatives
• Leverage detailed data to explain trends and quantify key drivers
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as directed by leadership
• Analyze variances relative to budget, forecast, prior year, or benchmarks
• Supplement financial analysis with operational/clinical data for holistic insights
• Use rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes in patient mix or payor mix
• Create and present executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations
