Fractal Analytics seeks an Account Growth Manager to drive strategic growth in U.S. healthcare accounts, cultivating relationships with Director- and VP-level clients and coordinating with Solution & Delivery teams.

The role focuses on GenAI use case development, proposal shaping, and commercial structuring, with collaboration across Fractal India and US capabilities leaders to deliver measurable value from AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI and AI-powered solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Ability to translate technical enablers into business value narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive U.S. client relationships in healthcare, aligning with Solution & Delivery teams.
• Develop AI use cases and compelling proposals for clients.
• Structure commercial deals and pricing in collaboration with Finance and Capabilities teams.
• Collaborate with Fractal India ecosystem to shape proposals and pilots.
