Job summary

Fractal Analytics seeks an Account Growth Manager to drive strategic growth with U.S. healthcare clients. You will shape relationships, develop use cases for GenAI, and collaborate with Solution & Delivery teams to align proposals with client needs and technical constraints.

You will manage pilots and production roadmaps, work with global teams, and help structure value-based commercial agreements while traveling to client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years of experience in customer success, account management or presales.
• Track record growing accounts in large, complex environments.
• Willing to work onsite at client sites with distributed teams.
• Strong business process understanding and data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication with Director and VP-level clients.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sustain U.S. client relationships.
• Drive new healthcare business with Solution & Delivery teams to meet targets.
• Connect client performance to strategy and gaps.
• Maintain in-person relationships with Directors and VPs.
• Lead AI/ Gen AI demand generation and use cases development.
• Develop proposals and solutions with internal teams and partners.
• Structure commercial deals with TCO, value and adoption focus.
