Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. is seeking a client-facing GenAI Engineer/Architect to design and implement AI-enabled solutions for healthcare and medtech. You will translate business needs into scalable GenAI architectures, working with stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and delivery teams.

You will apply prompt engineering, RAG, and document intelligence pipelines, ensuring privacy, quality, and compliance in regulated environments while coordinating across teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across solution engineering, architecture, or consulting.
• Hands-on Python and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI or OpenAI, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong business analysis capability: requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, process analysis, user story creation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value GenAI use cases across healthcare and medtech service lines.
• Run discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and requirements sessions to understand pain points and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, epics, and architecture inputs.
• Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, and API integrations.
