Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist based in the United States to own healthcare AI deployments end-to-end—from discovery and design to hands-on build, launch, adoption, and measurable impact for health systems, providers, payors, or life sciences organizations.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, customer success, and clinical experts, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive hands-on execution through ambiguity, turning deployment insights into scalable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of deployment, implementation, or technical program management in healthcare.
• Direct experience serving healthcare customers or working inside a healthcare org.
• Fluent in provider/payor/life sciences workflows and dynamics.
• Ability to interrogate unfamiliar data schemas and validate outputs.
• Hands-on comfort with engineering systems, terminals, and git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Get to the real problem behind what the customer asks and scope a meeting objective.
• Design and build agents capable of handling complex healthcare conversations.
• Map data movement from customer systems into the conversation and back as insight; work with engineering to ship it.
• Own end-to-end deployment, adoption, timelines, and blockers, including stakeholder alignment.
• Work with forward-deployed engineers to specify new AI features for deployments.
• Capture learnings and turn them into repeatable playbooks and templates.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to track deployment performance.
• Influence internal product and process improvements for scalable delivery.
