Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Solutions Architect to define the inbound AI deployment playbook for health systems and plans. You’ll synthesize insights from real deployments, write repeatable configuration frameworks, and guide strategy with product and engineering teams.

You’ll partner with 5–7 health system customers, translate workflows into concrete requirements, and build documentation and training that scale the team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Domain expertise in patient access, call center operations, or inbound workflows.
• 8+ years in inbound/patient access technology or healthcare operations.
• Deep hands-on experience with inbound AI or contact center automation.
• Proven track record building repeatable systems.
• Full-lifecycle ownership mindset.
• Product thinking with operational execution.
• Communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound AI Methodology & Framework Design: Define the core methodology for inbound AI configuration, decision tree architecture, IVR logic, and provider directory setup.
• Customer Implementation & Requirements Translation: Partner directly with 5-7 health system and health plan customers on inbound AI deployments.
• Product & Engineering Partnership: Work with Front Door product and engineering teams to ensure the methodology is technically sound and scalable.
• Deployment Team Enablement: Codify your methodology into frameworks, playbooks, templates, and training materials.
• Strategic Vision & Competitive Positioning: Define what makes Hippocratic AI's inbound approach differentiated and identify white space for expansion.
