Job summary

Hippocratic AI seeks an on-site Deployment Architect to embed with health systems and lead the end-to-end deployment of healthcare AI agents into production. You will document workflows, architect custom EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, Athena), and deploy AI agents handling real clinical workflows alongside customer teams.

In this field-based role, you will scale deployments, develop repeatable playbooks, and demonstrate impact on patient safety and operational efficiency across health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation, enterprise software deployment, or health-tech product management.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and operate autonomously in client-embedded roles.
• Proven track record of translating complex external stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Must be based within 50 miles of York, PA, and available on-site 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders onsite to map end-to-end workflows and translate requirements into integration designs.
• Design and document technical integration architecture connecting AI agents with enterprise EHRs, CRMs, and data stores.
• Architect, customize, and deploy modular AI agents aligned to customer use cases and manage full deployment lifecycle.
• Lead post-sale technical implementation as primary technical contact, managing timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Build repeatable tooling and playbooks to standardize deployment and scale across health systems.
