Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist for Payors to lead customer deployments that translate AI into measurable operational outcomes for health plans and payor organizations. You will plan implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive adoption, and ensure deployments deliver value across administrative, care management, and member workflows.

You will work as strategic partner and execution lead, moving customers from planning through launch and long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment or implementation roles with enterprise or healthcare customers.
• Strong understanding of payor workflows and organizational dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders across operations, IT, and clinical programs.
• Excellent communication skills to translate customer goals into execution plans.
• Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments.
• Experience driving execution across cross-functional teams and maintaining momentum.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational follow-through to achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and execution for payor customers, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, milestones, and successful implementation outcomes.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business priorities, workflows, compliance considerations, and constraints, then translate them into actionable deployment plans.
• Coordinate across deployment, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to keep implementations aligned.
• Drive deployment readiness, including stakeholder alignment, rollout sequencing, training plans, risk tracking, and launch preparation.
• Identify blockers early and proactively resolve issues that could affect go-live timelines, member experience, or customer outcomes.
• Help customers navigate rollout and adoption by setting expectations, building trust, and guiding organizational change.
• Capture learnings from deployments and turn them into repeatable playbooks and best practices.
• Use deployment insights to inform internal product and process improvements for scalable delivery.
