Hippocratic AI Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to architect and implement AI deployments, bridging customer needs with technical execution. You will design agent workflows, manage builds, handle integrations, and ensure deployments deliver measurable clinical value.

Success comes from translating workflows into actionable agent designs, coordinating with engineering for rapid builds, and guiding customers through scoping to go-lives with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in software, cloud, or systems design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous needs into requirements.
• Customer empathy and communication: explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Initial Scoping & Requirement Analysis – partner with the customer to understand workflows and define integration touchpoints.
• Agent Build & Configuration – design agent workflows, select tools, configure prompts and behaviors, validate functionality.
• Technical Account Management – lead during deployment, manage scope decisions and explain constraints to customers.
• Project Management – develop build timelines, coordinate with engineering, track progress and escalate blockers early.
• Integration Architecture – define data requirements and design integration workflows with engineering.
• Post-Launch Analytics & Optimization – monitor performance and drive improvements.
