Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking an Agent Deployment Architect for Providers to lead high-impact health-system deployments. You will design, implement, and scale AI-enabled solutions embedded with customers, translating clinical and operational needs into concrete deployment plans.

You will collaborate with deployment strategists, engineers, product managers, and clinicians, owning end-to-end delivery from design through go-live, while developing playbooks to accelerate future implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, or a related customer-facing role with enterprise or healthcare customers.
• Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows, operations, and systems—either from direct health system experience or provider environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders and align priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and execution for provider customers end-to-end—owning timelines, scope, risk management, and go-live across health system environments.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear deployment designs and scalable solution designs across EHR systems and care models.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to keep deployments on track.
