Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist for Payors to lead customer deployments that translate AI into measurable operational outcomes for health plans across the U.S. You will plan implementations, coordinate teams, drive adoption, and ensure each deployment delivers value in complex administrative and care management workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment, implementation, customer success, or related roles with enterprise or healthcare customers.
• Strong understanding of payor healthcare workflows and organizational dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders across ops, clinical programs, IT, compliance, and exec functions.
• Excellent communication translating customer goals to internal plans.
• Strong leadership and problem solving in fast-moving environments.
• Track record of driving cross-functional execution and maintaining momentum.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and execution for payor customers with clear timelines and milestones.
• Translate customer priorities into actionable deployment plans for stakeholders.
• Coordinate across deployment, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to stay aligned.
• Drive readiness: stakeholder alignment, rollout sequencing, training plans, risk tracking, launch prep.
• Identify blockers early and resolve issues affecting go-live timelines and outcomes.
• Guide customers through rollout and organizational change to drive adoption.
• Capture learnings to build repeatable playbooks and templates for future deployments.
• Use deployment insights to inform internal product and process improvements.
