Job summary

Hippocratic AI in the United States is seeking its first forward-deployed Deployment Architect to embed within health systems, architecting and launching our healthcare AI agents into production. This role focuses on bridging cutting-edge AI with clinical workflows at scale.

This role blends technical architecture with hands-on field work, requiring close collaboration with clinicians, IT teams, and our product, ML, and security groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare implementation or health-tech deployments.
• 5 years integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena) or similar setups.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in client-embedded roles.
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Must be within 50 miles of York, PA and on-site 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end clinical workflows with onsite leaders.
• Design integration architecture connecting AI agents to EHRs, CRMs, and data stores.
• Architect and deploy modular AI agents across health systems.
• Lead post-sale technical implementation as primary technical contact.
• Build tooling and playbooks to standardize deployment and scale.
