Parakeet Health, Inc. is hiring an Agent Engineer to be among the first dedicated engineers. You will translate patient- and practice-facing needs into working prototypes and platform features, balancing customer feedback with product pragmatism.

Expect close collaboration with customer calls, product design, and rapid iteration against real-world scheduling workflows. You’ll own prototyping speed, integrate with EHR/scheduling tools, and help shape a roadmap that turns conversations into live

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of engineering experience across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Experience shipping real things and talking to users to infer requirements.
• Ability to translate customer needs into prototypes and concrete platform features.

Aufgaben

• Spend part of the week on customer calls to understand needs and translate them into prototype implementations.
• Configure and deploy scheduling workflows and EHR integration tweaks for customers.
• Build working prototypes quickly to demonstrate potential features to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers and founders to shape the product roadmap based on real customer feedback.
