Attuned Intelligence is seeking a hands-on AI solutions engineer to build and improve agents for healthcare customers. You will translate requirements into reliable agent capabilities, develop prompts, conversations, and tool integrations that improve patient access and reduce administrative work.

Partnering with platform engineers, you will prototype capabilities, test end-to-end experiences, and create reusable solutions across the Attuned platform, driving measurable improvements in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building LLM-based agents and conversational experiences.
• Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, or text-to-speech.
• Strong writing and structured reasoning to turn ambiguous requests into instructions.
• Programming or scripting ability; comfortable with APIs, JSON, version control, and logs.
• Methodical troubleshooting approach; able to reproduce and validate fixes.
• Clear communication with technical and nontechnical teammates.

Responsabilités

• Build and validate customer solutions by designing prompts, flows, content, and tool integrations.
• Develop new agent capabilities; prototype and validate with platform engineers as needed.
• Test and troubleshoot systematically with scalable testing for customer scenarios.
• Drive ongoing customer outcomes by measuring task completion and experience improvements.
• Turn customer learnings into reusable product improvements for the roadmap.
