Job summary

Parakeet Health is expanding its Customer Experience team to ensure our growing client base receives exceptional post-sale care. You will own the full client relationship—from kickoff, through onboarding, AI agent configuration, and ongoing success—ensuring value and a strong partnership with healthcare practices.

You’ll translate client feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering, shaping what we build next as the company scales.

Qualifications

3 to 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting—ideally in health tech or SaaS.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills across levels from front-desk staff to executives.
Comfort with EHR integrations, APIs, and workflows; able to troubleshoot and translate product value.

Responsibilities

Own client relationships end-to-end from kickoff to implementation and ongoing success.
Drive onboarding and adoption with kickoff calls, training, and smooth EHR integrations.
Provide white-glove support and be a thought leader on best practices for product and operations.
Operate with an AI-first mindset and use AI tools to accelerate workflows without compromising quality.
Monitor customer health, run regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to show value.
Identify and drive account growth across locations, departments, and product lines.
