Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents for healthcare, handling patient interactions with high reliability.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through production and iteration.
• Collaborate with health plans, providers, and platforms to solve scale and workflow challenges.
• Develop deep expertise in healthcare systems, including EHR integrations and scheduling workflows.
• Shape the platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools with cross-functional teams.
