Job summary

Attuned Intelligence is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to design and improve agents for healthcare customers, translating requirements into prompts, flows, and tool integrations that enhance patient access and reduce admin work.

You'll collaborate with platform engineers to prototype capabilities, test experiences, and convert recurring needs into reusable solutions across the Attuned platform, delivering measurable improvements while preserving privacy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience building LLM-based agents, conversational experiences, or workflow automations.
• Experience with voice AI, conversation design, speech recognition, or text-to-speech systems.
• Strong writing and structured reasoning: turning ambiguous requests into clear instructions and success criteria.
• Practical programming or scripting ability; comfortable with APIs, JSON, version control, and logs to build and debug workflows.
• Methodical troubleshooting: reproduce issues, verify fixes against user experience.
• Clear communication with both technical and nontechnical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate customer solutions. Design prompts, flows, content, and tool integrations; test against realistic scenarios.
• Develop new agent capabilities by translating customer problems into agent behaviors and workflows.
• Prototype and validate solutions; partner with platform engineers on changes requiring product or infra updates.
• Test and troubleshoot systematically; develop scalable testing systems and verify improvements.
• Drive ongoing customer outcomes by applying feedback to improvements and expanding agent usefulness.
• Turn customer learnings into reusable capabilities for the product roadmap.
