Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents, agentic products, or advanced LLM-powered applications.
• Strong software engineering skills and production-grade systems experience.
• Ability to translate real-world workflows into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI agents that support patient and caregiver intake workflows.
• Build multi-step agents that collect information, answer questions, and coordinate tasks.
• Integrate agents with scheduling systems, practice data, and APIs.
• Design clear, empathetic agent experiences and robust long-running workflows.
• Establish escalation paths for sensitive situations and ensure safety.
• Develop tooling, state models, and orchestration logic for complex tasks.
• Evaluate agent performance and improve reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with intake coordinators, product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Balance automation with human judgment and safe handoffs.
